ABOUT MINT

Mint Desi Craft Kitchen has become a local destination for Indian and Pakistani cuisine in south Orange County since opening in 2016. The restaurant, which is a sister concept to Michelin-recognized Khan Saab Desi Craft Kitchen in Fullerton and SHOR Bazaar in Hawaiian Gardens, offers a sophisticated menu that boasts a robust selection of classic, halal dishes alongside a 100% alcohol-free bar program featuring carefully crafted mocktails. Curated to redefine the perceptions of the region’s cuisine in an innovative and elevated way, Mint promises guests the opportunity to experience the truest extent of elegant Indian and Pakistani culture.

We are proud to debut our reimagined vision of Mint to both newcomers and our loyal guests. This redesign, from the space to the new elevated menu – offering a refined selection of our Indian & Pakistani favorites – was both a labor of love and a dream we’ve had for years.” — Jamil Hosseini, Head Chef

Drinks

In keeping with Halal tradition, our bar program is 100% alcohol-free, featuring expertly crafted mocktails led by our mixologist, Ahmad Hosseini. Using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, our menu includes unique mocktails like the Falsa-tini with grewia asiatica pulp and black salt, and the smoked Purana Zamana made with hibiscus-raspberry pulp and ginger jus. Our spirit-free bar selection extends to imported 0.0% craft brews, fruit-infused mimosas, and traditional lassis.
